How do I use the Annabelle Minerals Eye Pencil?
TheAnnabelle Minerals eye pencil is easy to use and can be used as an eyeliner and as an eye pencil. Below we explain how:
Step 1:Apply the eye pencil after cleansing your skin or after applying your eye shadow.
Step 2:Draw a thin line from the outside to the inner corner of your eye. Do this on the lash line of your eye.
Step 3:Then blend the eye pencil slightly with your fingers or with a brush for a smokey eye effect.
Step 4:To create a wing, apply the eye pencil to the lash line of your upper eyelid and extend the line a little further.
