- Clean your eyebrows- Make sure your eyebrows are clean and dry before you begin. It is important that your eyebrows are free of grease so that the eyebrow dye can adhere properly.
- Apply Gel 1 (white) tinting pen- Use the pen to precisely color in your eyebrows. Start with light strokes and build up the intensity as desired. Avoid the skin and remove any excess product from the skin with a cotton swab. Leave the Gel on for 2 minutes.
