Do I also have to clean the BIBS Glow in the Dark Teats?
Yes, that is definitely recommended. A NIGHT Pacifier from BIBS remains a 'normal' pacifier, only the 'teat' is Glow in the Dark. For the rest, the pacifiers are the same as 'day weaning'. How do you clean the NIGHT Teats? Very simple - when your little one is 3 months older: you simply pour a little boiled water over the pacifier. Place the pacifier in a colander or sieve, and you're ready to go.
Is your little one younger than 3 months? For daily cleaning or sterilization of the pacifier, pour boiled water over the pacifier. So you should not cook with the pacifier in it, as this will break the pacifier, which is made of natural rubber. Boiling is not necessary, the above is already effective at killing all bacteria.
Can I also use the BIBS Glow in the Dark teats during the day?
Of course you can also use the BIBS NIGHT teats during the day, but this is not necessary. The only difference is that the half moon on it, to which you can also attach a pacifier clip, glows in the dark. For the rest it is the same pacifier. The difference is the price, the night pacifiers are slightly more expensive than the regular pacifiers - so we recommend using the 'normal' pacifier from BIBS. Very affordable ;)
How long do the BIBS NIGHT teats glow in the dark?
Glow in the Dark pacifiers are really an ideal invention, but how long do they actually glow for? And how long should I keep them near a lamp or in daylight first? It is useful to know, of course you will find out for yourself, but it is nice if you know how long they provide light so that you do not have to search for the pacifier during the night. That would be something ;)
The BIBS Glow in the Dark teats continue to provide light for no less than 6 hours. So you could 'charge' it at bedtime, so to speak, and when you go to bed. Of course you can also use two. So that you always have one at hand if you lose the other one because they no longer provide light. Just charge it in the bathroom and you're done! Or with the flashlight on your phone ;)
Ooh, and you only have to hold them in a light source for 5 to 10 seconds, which is very short ;)
