How do I use eyebrow dye?

Step 3: Now it's time to create the eyebrow dye. To create the dye you need a developer. You can choose betweenRefectoCil Oxidant Developer Liquid - 3%andRefectoCil Oxidant Developer Cream - 3%. The mixing ratios:
1cm paint: 5 dropsof oxidant liquid
OR
1cm paint: 7 drops ofoxidant cream .
Step 4: Apply the eyebrow dye to your eyebrows. You can do this with a brush or a cotton swab, whichever you prefer.
Step 5: The longer you let the paint soak in, the more intense the effect. But let the paint soak in for a maximum of 10 minutes. Do you think you have the desired color? Then you can remove the paint!
