Distribute the shampoo over wet/damp hair and massage it in well, from the scalp to the ends. Then let the shampoo work for 1-2 minutes and then rinse it out well. You can use this shampoo daily.

Step 2 -Schwarzkopf Bonacure Peptide Repair Rescue Spray Conditioner

The spray conditioner is great for fine to normal hair, it is not too heavy for your hair. Use the spray after you have washed your hair with the shampoo. Spray the conditioner on damp hair and distribute it over the lengths and ends of your hair (not on the scalp). It is a leave-in conditioner, so you can leave it in!
