How do I use the Polished London Teeth Whitening Kit?

Rinse your teeth and mouth with fresh water. Then apply the whitening gel evenly to both the upper and lower parts of the mouthpiece. Then place the mouthpiece in your mouth, bite down gently and turn on the LED light. Then select the desired whitening mode:

• Accelerated whitening (Blue mode: 15 minutes).
• Oral hygiene and whitening (Blue & Red mode: 10 minutes).

Then remove the mouthpiece, rinse your mouth with water and clean the mouthpiece thoroughly in clean water.
