How do you use the Matrix Light Master Low Odor Lightener?

The mixing ratio depends on the technique you are going to use. Mix the bleaching powder with theMatrix Cream Developerin the desired percentage. Never use a percentage of 12% for application on the scalp. Mix the bleaching powder and developer in a non-metallic bowl until a homogeneous mass and apply to the hair. Allow the mass to work without heat for a maximum of 50 minutes and then rinse thoroughly.
