Use this product after washing and conditioning your hair. You can tell by the number on the packaging, which is number 3. Rub a small amount between your palms and distribute it through your hair, from scalp to ends. Feel free to give your scalp a little more if it's dry, as this product also conditions your scalp! Comb through your hair to distribute the product evenly. Then style your hair as desired.

The High Sheen Glossifier contains castor oil, also known as a sealing oil. A sealing oil has larger molecules than a moisturizing oil (which penetrates deeply into your hair). The sealing oil therefore remains on your hair as a kind of barrier to retain moisture. While it doesn't actually hydrate your hair, it does ensure it stays well hydrated. The castor oil keeps your hair well hydrated, preventing breakage, dullness, or dryness. So be sure to moisturize your hair well first, for example, with a leave-in conditioner.
