When I ordered the products I was informed that the delivery time was about two working days, but then I waited almost one week and only when I contacted customer service, they told me that they didn't have the product in stock. They did send it quickly afterward, but I missed proper customer care. They shouldn't sell products that they do not have or the worst case inform me themselves about the delay. However, it was still a good price for this set. As for the product, it's good for smoothing frizzy hair, but something is irritating my skin, as I developed itchiness in my scalp after using it.

Ik vind dit de beste shampoo die er is. Ik heb gekleurd haar. Maar van deze shampoo word het net minder slap dan van de roze voor gekleurd haar. Heerlijk!!

Heel fijn product. Mijn (geblondeerde) haar zag er na 1e x gebruik al veel beter uit en voelt heerlijk zacht aan. Ruikt ook zo lekker, alsof je net bij de kapper bent geweest. Ik ben fan. Daarbij.... altijd ervaring met supersnelle levering. Top! Haarspelden.nl is top!
