How do you use theL'Oreal Blond Studio Blondeer Powder MT 9 Bonder Inside?

Always protect your hands by wearinggloveswhen bleaching the hair. Then, in a non-metallic bowl, mix the blonde powder with adeveloper from L'Oreal Blond Studio. Choose a developer with a maximum of 9% who meets your needs. Use the mixing ratio 1:1 and mix everything with a spatula until a smooth cream. Do not use additional heat. Apply the mixture to dry hair and leave on for up to 50 minutes depending on the desired result.
