How do I clean my makeup brushes?
Hygiene during makeup application is very important to prevent pimples and impurities. But be honest, how long have you not cleaned your makeup brushes? Roll up your sleeves and get cleaning!
You can use a special brush cleansing, but if you don't have this at home, that is not a valid excuse. Baby shampoo is a good alternative.
Fill your sink with lukewarm water and baby shampoo. Run your brushes through the soapy water and use your hands to thoroughly clean the hairs. Once your brushes are spick and span, rinse them thoroughly under running water. This will prevent any shampoo residue from remaining. Let your brushes dry thoroughly by placing them in a ventilated space on a towel, for example, or by placing your brushes upright in a glass. Do not put your make-up brushes away until they are completely dry.
