Mix the bleaching powder with the desiredMatrix Cream Developer(3%, 6%, 9% or 12%). For applications on the scalp, a percentage of 12% is strongly discouraged. For this application, choose a lower percentage of developer. Mix the bleaching powder and developer into a homogeneous mass in a non-metallic bowl. The mixing ratio depends on the chosen technique. Leave the mass on for a maximum of 50 minutes (without using heat) and rinse thoroughly.

Tip:Add a beautiful toner or glossing service to the coloring process for a beautiful end result.
