The step-by-step plan in a nutshell:

• This miracle treatment starts with the Moisture Kick Shampoo . Apply the shampoo to wet or damp hair and massage it in thoroughly. Let it sit briefly and then rinse thoroughly. The shampoo opens the cuticles to thoroughly cleanse your hair. This allows the treatment to be absorbed effectively.
• Apply the Moisture Kick Treatment to towel-dried hair and work it into the lengths. Leave this treatment on for 5 to 10 minutes for the best results.
• As a final step, use the Conditioner and/or the Spray Conditioner .
