Clean the eyelashes and eyebrows thoroughly with the RefectoCil Micellar Eye Make-Up Remover to remove make-up and oils.
Place the RefectoCil Silicone Pads under the eyes to protect the skin.

Mixing color:

Mix 2 cm of color with 10 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant 3% liquid or cream into a creamy paste.

Application:

Apply the color to the eyelashes and eyebrows with the application sticks or the artist palette.
Allow the paint to absorb for 5 to 10 minutes, depending on the desired intensity.

To delete:

Remove the color with a cotton pad and clear water.
If necessary, cleanse the skin with the RefectoCil Saline Solution.
