How do I use the RefectoCil Eyebrow and Eyelash Dye?

This paint must be mixed with hydrogen peroxide! Mixing ratio: 1 cm paint: 5 drops of oxidant liquidOR 1 cm paint: 7 drops of oxidant cream.

Make sure your eyebrows or eyelashes are free of grease and dry. Close your eye and apply the dye to your eyelashes or eyebrows. Let the dye work. How long you let the dye work depends on the desired color intensity. The longer you let the dye work, the more intense the color. Finally, carefully remove the dye residue with a cotton swab.
