      Schwarzkopf Hair Sealer is an after-treatment for after coloring. The sealer is a neutralizer that stops the oxidation process. It is a pH neutralizing treatment that strengthens the hair to restore the hair fiber. The sealer locks in color pigments for longer color retention.
