How do you use the Schwarzkopf R-TWO Prepare+Rescue Set?

Use the Prepare & Rescue Set as follows:

Step 1 : Use the Restoring Essence first. Apply the product before chemical treatments or before styling the hair with heat tools so that the hair is protected and does not get damaged further.

Step 2 : After the treatment, apply the Rescuing Treatment , apply this product to towel-dried hair and let it sit for about 5 to 10 minutes. Now rinse the mask with warm water.
