How does Vitakruid Multi Day & Night Man 50+ work?

The Multivitamin Day & Night Man 50+ fromVitakruidconsists of two formulas. One for the day and one for the night because you have a different need during the day than at night.

Thanks to the Multivitamin for the day, the energy level is supported. The formula contains a complete vitamin B complex. The B vitamins also help with the functioning of the nervous system and promote resistance. Vitamin B12 is also very important for adults. This vitamin can of course be found in the multivitamin in the most absorbable form: adenosylcobalamin (50 mcg) and methylcobalamin (150 mcg). These active forms of vitamin B do not have to be converted so that the body can immediately benefit from the health benefits. The health of the prostate is very important for adult men and not always self-evident. That is why the multivitamin contains Saw Palmetto (Sabalselect®). This extract helps with normal urination and good prostate functionality. In addition, the saw palmetto extract has an additional advantage: it contributes to normal hair growth.
