The B vitamins also help with the functioning of the nervous system and promote resistance. Vitamin B12 is also very important for adults. This vitamin can of course be found in the multivitamin in the most absorbable form: adenosylcobalamin (50 mcg) and methylcobalamin (150 mcg).
