The Vitakruidmultivitaminconsists of a multivitamin for the day and one for the night because the body has different needs during the day than at night.

Thanks to the daily formula, you will have sufficient energy during the day. For this reason, the formula contains a complete vitamin B complex, which has a positive effect on energy levels. Vitamin B6 has of course been added in the safest form P-5-P. This biologically active form is well absorbed by the body. In addition, the active form of folic acid and vitamin B12 has been chosen: folic acid as 5-MTHF and vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin.
