Take one scoop of Vitakruid Psyllium & Glucomannan Powder with a glass of water (approximately 200ml) three times a day, half an hour before meals. Stir the glass of water and powder thoroughly and drink immediately. Always adhere to the recommended dosage of a maximum of 3 grams per day.
