How exactly does Vitakruid Symflora® Original work?

We understand that probiotics are quite complicated to understand (to be honest, we also had to do our research) so we explain exactly what it is and how the Vitakruid Symflora Original works exactly.

What is Prebiotics?

Prebiotics consist of dietary fiber for the intestines. These dietary fibers can of course also be obtained through our daily diet such as grains, vegetables and fruit. Sometimes getting enough of these fibers can be quite a challenge and then a Symflora food supplement is a good addition (note: not a replacement!). It is important to get enough prebiotics because it stimulates the growth and functioning of good bacteria that we find in probiotics. The pre- and probitoca thus work hand in hand and stimulate each other's effectiveness.

The composition and operation

The formula of Vitakruid Symflora® Originalconsists of no less than eight different strains. This is of course not for nothing, scientific research shows that several strains work more effectively than one strain.

While digesting our food, not all bacteria survive the digestion process. That can be quite a shame when it comes to 'good' bacteria. The probiotic has a higher metabolic activity, which means that the survival rate is significantly higher and the probiotics can kill their work.

How do you use the Vita Herb Symflora® Original?

Take one sachet per day preferably on an empty stomach and do not exceed the daily recommended dose. Carefully open the sachet and dissolve the contents in a glass with 100ml lukewarm water. Let this stand for about one minute, so that the Symflora can dissolve properly. Try to stir it well before taking.

Note: When using antibiotics, you can take Symflora Original 2 hours after taking the medicine.
