What are the washable nursing pads made of?

We like to know what we use, and that is not without reason! It is a nice development that we would like to contribute to by putting everything transparently here :) Ultimately you decide what you want to use or not, we all have our own responsibility. The washable nursing pads are made of different things. The soft inner layer is made of 100% polyester, the highly absorbent core is made of 80% viscose (based on bamboo pulp) & 20% polyester, the leak-proof outer layer is made of 100% polyester and the anti-slip edge that prevents sliding is made of 100% polyester (coated with thermoplastic elastomer, TPU).

It is important that you know how to best handle the nursing pads, why? They have a certain shape & that should of course not be affected. You also want the washable nursing pads to last as long as possible, after all, you do not buy a reusable version for nothing ;)

• They do not need to be rinsed before use
• Wash at 40°C
• Wash with liquid detergent or washing powder
• Do not use bleach
• Do not dry clean
• Thanks to the washing bag, the compress retains its original shape
• Allow compress to air dry, DO NOT tumble dry
• May NOT be ironed
